WE ARE COMING TO HOST!

After the Pandemic lockdown period, we are delighted to be back at the fair to meet our customers at the most important event in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, the Host Trade Fair in Rho – Milan.

We are also proud to take part in an exclusive and enhanced edition, thanks to the union with Tutto Food, another important exhibition in the field of catering.

Klimaitalia, which has always been at the forefront during this exhibition, will participate in 2021 by showing all the novelties in the field of commercial refrigeration.

In these two difficult years, we have managed to continue our research, improve our products and enhance our technology. In a continuous flow of development, by listening to our customers’ needs, monitoring their experiences, difficulties and taking their advice, we have created refrigerators for different sectors, tailored to their needs.

COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION FROM THE WINE TO THE FOOD SECTOR

With this in mind, we have created refrigerated display cabinets and refrigerated cellars with a modern, linear design that can be adapted to new furnishing trends. This refrigerated equipment has been designed with the best technology in mind: two-temperature cellars, for storing red wine and for chilling sparkling and white wines, with metal “Z” trolleys which allow you to place even the widest-bottomed bottles, and finally with shelves capable of perfectly displaying the credibility and prestige of the label.

This was only possible thanks to our customer portfolio, which provided us with the elements to initiate and conduct market research, as well as

in-depth product research.

It was with this in mind that the meat refrigerator was born. A food trend that we wanted to follow because quality has been in our DNA since we were born. Thus, providing a technologically advanced and uniquely designed meat maturation product that can be used in butchers or gourmet restaurants became our goal.

AT HOST 2021 THE CERTAINTY OF THE BEVERAGE AND PASTRY SECTORS

In addition to our experiments, Host will also feature our workhorses, the improved and more efficient pastry display cabinets, both in terms of design and technology. Of course, we will also be present with products for the beverage sector, an area that has enabled us to become a leader in the field of refrigeration.
